Komme immer wieder in dieses Hotel. Zimmer sind außerordentlich sauber und angenehm. Toller Spa-Bereich und professionelle Mitarbeiter. Bislang hatte es hier nie an irgendwas gefehlt. Komme sehr gerne wieder hierher!

A lovely hotel. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and professional. I don't speak any German (typical British person!) but most of the staff spoke some English. I had an excellent sleep on a very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but they do not have English menus, so Google translate came in very handy! Large, safe car park at the back of the hotel. Ignore the old reviews, this place is wunderbar!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,das Personal im Empfang und die Bedienung beim Essen waren freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der SPA-Bereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna erfüllen ihren Zweck,für Kinder könnte die Wassertemperatur sicher 2-3 Grad C höher sein.

Ich war sehr zufrieden, freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit dem sehr großen Pool und den beiden Saunen war vollkommen i.O., auch die Wassertemperatur war ausreichend, ich kann die negativen Kritiken ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen. Habe schon in vielen 4* Häusern übernachtet und finde das HVD Suhl passt sich da gut ein. Mein Zimmer war zwar nur normal groß aber völlig ok für Einzelnutzung, die anderen Zimmer sahen sehr geräumig aus.

Sauber , super freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen , Service für Reinigung TipTop, kleines Kriterium an Silvester von 14-18:30 Uhr keine Möglichkeit im Hotel an Getränke zu kommen! Das geht nicht ! , zentrale Lage , der Bar Bereich ist nicht so gemütlich trotz Kamin ist aber Ansichtssache, man ist schnell in Oberhof, Kino und Museum innerhalb 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen
